Ministry Goals

Our Goals

 - for the individual

to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of our clients through assessing each participants’ needs on an individual basis, by

  • ensuring each of our clients attain and maintain tools required to live productive lives

this is achieved practically by

  • providing a food pantry and clothing closet for our participants
  • providing bus passes for those in need of transportation assistance
  • increasing program availability to our consumers based on individual needs

Our professional staff then decide the course of action to help our clients reach their maximum potential, this is achieved through our extended services as counselors

- for the community

  • to conservatively grow the service level through our programming :  as the quality of services we provide increases, there will be an increased budget availability
  • to decrease the amount an individual returns to using drugs, alcohol and living an abusive life-style
  • to improve the quality of living for many of us in the communities in which we live
  • in the next three to five years – to have a permanent headquarters in which to conduct our daily operations from

The Need for this Program

Due to the high rate of recidivism among recently released female returning citizens, our organization is meeting the needs of individuals who are making the transition back into society. The program therefore increases the success rate of these individuals as active members of society and decreases the percentage of re-offenders returning to a sentence incarcerated in jail or prison.
